Carbo-Netra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a climate-tech startup building India's bio-based chemicals value chain, converting plant-based sugars into FDCA and PEF. Our scalable biorefinery model enables industries to adopt clean, drop-in alternatives to fossil packaging materials without sacrificing performance or economics. From FDCA as a building block to PEF bottles that outperform PET, our innovations serve the packaging, textiles, and consumer goods industries.

Carbo-Netra's mission is to build India's first integrated bio-based chemicals platform converting plant based sugar into high-value industrial chemicals and polymers. We aim to empower packaging and plastics industries with cost-effective, fossil-free alternatives while creating shared value across India's sugar ecosystem.

Vision

Our vision is to become a global leader in bio-based platform chemistry by unlocking the full value of India's sugar sector. We envision a world where every tonne of sucrose can yield not just sugar, but the building blocks of a sustainable materials economy. Carbo-Netra aspires to set new benchmarks by commercialising FDCA and PEF molecules that replace fossil-derived inputs in packaging, textiles, and beyond.
